Tonight, the stage belongs to our special guests. Stacy, Amy, and Tony step into the spotlight with brilliance, flair, and
the kind of energy that transforms a tasting into a true experience.
Stacy, Coquerel’s dynamic Director of Sales, infuses the night with storytelling, charm, and insider sparkle that make
each wine feel alive. Amy, owner of Wheyfarer, brings bold sophistication with her globe traveled cheeses — curated with
instinct, contrast, and expressive flair that electrifies every pairing. Tony, owner of Grace & Grain, completes the trio
with artisan sourdough and focaccia that bring texture, balance, and quiet brilliance to every bite. Together, they create a
collaboration that is vibrant, indulgent, and made to savor.
